Portfolio Library Instructions
The PQ would like to thank all those who signed up to show their portfolios. Please observe the following instructions:
1. FOR DELIVERY
If you are coming to the PQ, please drop your portfolio at the Guest service desk in the Veletrzni palace (click Venues). You can do so from 10 June 2011.
You can send your portfolio by post. The portfolios need to arrive in Prague by 30 May. Send them to: Prague Quadrennial

...and please mark the envelope with „PORTFOLIO“.
2. FOR COLLECTION
Artists will be able to pick up their portfolios in the Guest service desk by June 27, 2011 once the exhibition is finished. Those portfolios left in the Library after this date will become part of the PQ archive.
The Quadrennial cannot mail any portfolios back.
Artists who wish to withdraw their portfolios before the end of the PQ need to notify the desk staff when handing the portfolios in.
!!! All artists should be aware that the Library will be public and without any security system. Therefore, the PQ Organizers cannot take over any responsibility for any possible loss or damage. !!!

Individual artists – both those presented in the PQ main sections as well as those not presented - are invited to bring (or send) their paper portfolios to be included in the PQ Portfolio Library – a lounge space with free access to the portfolios and other publications.
We will accept the portfolios of scenographers, costumers, stage, sound, and lighting designers, as well as other performance design professions.
Artists will be able to pick up their portfolios in the PQ Production Office by June 27, 2011 once the exhibition is finished.
