Michaela Stránská studied History of Arts at Theatre and Film Department of the Palacký University in Olomouc. Since 2005 is working at czech art festivals as a production and dramaturgic coordinator (Summer Film School Uherské Hradiště, Festival of Film Animation Olomouc, International Flora Theatre Festival, Academia Film Olomouc). She also worked as a Coordinator of Culture Centre in Domov Sue Ryder that provide care to elderly frail people. She is co-founder of Theatre Konvikt and Point of the Day culture organizations.
